Leiper is The Lodge on Loch Goil's brand new fine-dining restaurant.
Named after William Leiper, the architect and builder of The Lodge, Leiper is a unique new venture from The Lodge on Loch Goil, building on our history of providing the very best of culinary experiences.
Our Head Chef, Daniel Hollerin, has created dishes which reflect Scotland’s traditional culinary heritage and wealth of natural ingredients.
Leiper is situated in our Arts & Crafts room, but also features our private dining areas, including the famous treehouse.
Daniel has a very simple ethos using wild seasonal food combined with the very best of Scottish produce
Daniel will combine a mixture of modern and basic techniques. He has worked in a wealth of high end restaurants in the UK and throughout Europe, and uses his past experiences to push the boundaries beyond expectations.
Leiper will showcase the best of Modern Scottish. Virtually all our produce comes from no further than one hour radius from the Restaurant, including herbs and vegetables grown in our own Victorian greenhouse in the grounds.
Our locally foraged wild food consists of wild mushrooms, sea plantain and samphire.
Our menu reflects the outstanding variety of the West of Scotland’s natural larder from land and sea with exceptional quality at all times.
Reservations are essential and must be confirmed the day prior to your arrival.

Dine & Indulgence
Dinner (carte menu) & Accommodation (Afternoon tea on arrival, dinner, accommodation, breakfast) @ £225 per person based on a 1 night stay, if having the tasting menu there will be a £20 surcharge.
If guests stay for 2 nights we will reduce the second night to £200 per person eating from the carte menu , total for two nights for two would be £850.
We regret to inform that children under the age of 12 cannot be accommodated.
