What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation within 28 days of the arrival date we will keep the whole payment as a cancellation charge. If we are able to re-let the booking we will refund the whole payment.

For a reduction of numbers within 28 days of the arrival date we will keep the whole payment of the cancelled places as a cancellation charge. We will only accept cancellations by email.

In the event of a cancellation outside of 28 days of the arrival date we will refund the whole payment.

When do reservations open?

Reservations for both tables & rooms are currently available until the end of July 2018

Reservations for August will open online at 9pm (21:00) BST on the 1st June.

What menu do you offer?

We only offer our restaurant menu (Thurs, Fri, Sat) you can view our restaurant menu online.

When making a booking please inform us if you have any dietary requirements as we need to know in advance so that we can prepare an appropriate menu for you.

With notice, we can adapt our menu to cater for most dietary requirements. Please email dining@thelodge-scotland.com.

What payment is required to make a booking?

We require the full payment at the time of booking.

Do you offer accommodation?

Yes, we have 7 rooms and a Victorian Summerhouse.

All room bookings include the dinner menu and breakfast for two people. All rooms have double beds and three rooms can be made into twin rooms.

We do not offer a reduced rate for single occupancy.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes we offer gift vouchers on our website where vouchers can be purchased online for Lunch, Dinner, Afternoon Tea, etc.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

If you would like to use a gift voucher as part or full payment then please contact us with a request to authorise the voucher.

Is there a dress code?

We encourage guests to dress smart but casual (no shorts).
