Socially Distanced Weddings

The Lodge on Loch Goil is looking forward to welcoming you back to the Scottish Highlands.

It seems an age since we were grounded by Boris and had to temporarily close the Lodge front door, but as a team we have spent the time during lockdown innovating, creating, maintaining and improving the venue with our new entrance and wonderful restored cobbled bridge.

Following the Scottish Government’s announcements on the phased exit from lockdown, we plan to open the Lodge on Saturday 25th July 2020.

As the Lodge is an exclusive use venue and not open to the general public.
For us, this could be very beneficial in the coming months.

The Lodge on Loch Goil is a private estate set in a unique, rural location far away from most of the population.

Consisting of 20 acres of stunning Highland scenery, with eight luxury bedrooms, even when we are full that is 3/4 of an acre per person!

As an exclusive use venue, the lodge is entirely private, meaning that the only people you will come into contact with during an event will be your family and close friends and of course the Lodge staff, all of whom will be following the strictest hygiene protocols to ensure that you are not only looked after, but your safety will be protected at all times.

We have a few new guidelines around our capacity in order to make sure that all our events can be carried out safely following social distancing rules. Ultimately, the safety of all our guests is why we’re having to make these changes.

Here at The Lodge on Loch Goil, we have been looking after guests for over 20 years.  The coronavirus means we are changing how we do some things to help stop the virus spreading.

Our main commitment will continue to be ensuring our guests have a wonderful time, but we have made a number of adjustments to how we work, how we interact with colleagues and guest, but still deliver a five-star service to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene at all times in line with government guidance.

Please note that the health and well-being of our guests and staff is paramount.
